Our experience with Navigation Data started back in 1991 with
ARINC 424-8.
CAS-AVIATION was contracted by French Ministry of Defense in the
early 90’s to support the specifications of their mission planning
software (SLPM-ATT) and data loader (SCARLETT), initially for the
Transall aircraft.
CAS-AVIATION also supervised the integration of navigation
database with several tactical Flight Management Systems: C-160
Transal New Generation , the C-130 Hercules, the CN-235 CASA, the
C-135FR and the E3-AWACS.
Since that time, we committed ourselves into processing navigation
data, from AIPs to basic ARINC-424 format to SQL data bases.
We design specific database for Flight Simulation / 3D Flight Replay
module for Flight Data Analysis and Monitoring (FOQA).
FOQA SUPPORT
We coordinate the system design, implementation, and set-up for
your FDM / FOQA program, in formal partnership with a most
innovative Flight Data Monitoring software provider.
We will deliver a range of implementation plans, schedules and costs
for your objectives. We do this by first reviewing your organization’s
current procedures for flight data collection and analysis.
From this audit and according to your goals, regulatory constraints,
aircraft configuration, and equipment (currently installed or to be
supplied) we will determine your project specifics.
The solutions we will design for you will allow to align with most of
the regulations and recommendations such as ICAO Doc. 9422,
ICAO Doc. 10000 Flight Data Analysis Programme Manual, IR-OPS,
ORO.AOC.130, Part-ORO.OPS Annex III, IATA, ICAO Annex 6, FAA

HISTORY
In business since 1987, the company started to provide Flight
Planning Services and Flight Operations Support, with extensive
knowledge in specific Aircraft Operations and Aircraft Performance
and Studies (ETOPS, EDTO, EOSIDs, Depressurization terrain
clearance charts, etc.).
In the early 90’s, we started to provide services for navigation
database management and AIP data processing, compiling and
tailoring data into ARINC-424 standards.
In the mid-90’s we developed a full range of Operations Manuals
contents, including FCOMs, FCTMs, QRHs, MELs / CDLs, . . . This
was the time we deployed the first ever EFB, under the name of
CrewPad in cooperation with AIRBUS for AIR TAHITI NUI’s A340.
Since 2009, we are providing audits, consulting and assistance and
support expertise for Aircraft Flight Data Analysis and Monitoring.
